Optimist Sailors - The optimist
sailors were of three Catagories "A", "I"
and "B". The Optimist "B" sailors
were the beginners who have attended only the summer/
winter sailing clinic, those who have got some experience
and passed the relevent Optimist "I" sailor
exam were under I catagory. And those who have got very
well experience in handling and skills were under Optimist
A sailor catagory. The name of the sailors of each catagory
